If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it and we can either send you an exchange or issue a full refund (minus the postage). For an exchange or return all items must be in new, unworn condition, with tags attached and received within 30 days of purchase.

- Pack the items securely in the original product packaging. Make sure to include all items and paperwork. All items must be returned in original, unworn condition*, with hang tags attached and in original packaging to ensure credit.

- All return shipping charges are paid by shipper. SherryWinks does not accept COD, bill to receiver, or 3rd party billed deliveries. It is recommended that you use a trackable and insurable shipping method. If your shipment is uninsured and gets lost or damaged, we have no way of issuing you a credit or exchange.
